We are happy to announce some new functionality to FlipPilot!
First and foremost FlipPilot now has Status Automation!
Status Automation that gives you way more power than the previous ability to simply add tasks when a record enters a status. Now you’ll be able to add tasks, send a webhook to a third party service, add/remove users, change the record temperature, or send out notifications. Plus you’ll be able to do any of these actions not only when a record enters a status, but when it leaves the status, so many hours before the record is due to change status, or when all the required tasks are completed.
FYI the Starter Plan only has the ability to add tasks when a record enters a status. To get all the hooks and actions you will need the Pro Plan.
Next we made some improvements to the follow up sequences
From now on, if you have the CallRail Integration, when a record is in follow up and a call or text is received the sequence will be paused and the record will be returned to the pipeline. By default it will be put back into the New status, but if you may choose a different status if you prefer.
The other major follow up change is you can now decide ahead of time what happens at the end of a follow up sequence. Before now all records would be orphaned and require your attention, now you can choose to have the record marked dead, start a new sequence, or have it return to the pipeline in a status of your choosing. The default option is to be marked orphaned, so if you’re happy with that then you don’t have to make any changes.
We’ve also made a small addition to appointments
For those who integrate with Google Calendar you can now set the title and location of the appointment. This will allow you to determine how it will appear in your calendar. We pre-populate the title with the street address, contact name, and number for you.
Finally we fixed several bugs including the following
- in the Stats funnel related to campaign costs, projected profit, and actual profit calculations
- who created the record was missing in some records when looking at records from the KPI table
- there was a bug in Safari that prevented the proper saving of buying and selling info in the record modal
- we limit the length of the Google Drive label so it no longer covers the edit button
