We’re happy to announce some new features added to Forefront!
- Added a campaign field to call scripts
- Call script notes field can have more than 255 characters
- Updated the Lead and Contact Communications and activity log so users can see Multiple tabs, not just all or one
- Change to Buying & Selling Info – The buying offers now have their own section and when a lead is created the user will be asked to choose wholesale or flip before seeing the buying and selling info.
- And bug fixes as well!
Campaign field in call scripts
Your webforms can now be tagged to a specific campaign! We’ve added a field called “Lead Campaign” so your Cold callers or Bird dogs, or anyone using the webform can add it to a specific campaign through the web form and it will make your tracking easier!

You are no longer limited to your notes in your Call scripts! Your team can now add more information as needed.
Filter what you see in the Communications and Activity log!
We added the capability for a user to filter the activity and communication log so you can focus on what information you need to review without the need to scroll through everything. This is also available in the contact view!
(If everything it turned off or no information is available it will default to when the record was created.)
