Our big feature for this release are the new updates to Status Automations!
FlipPilot has made some major changes to the Status Automation built in adding more functionality and flexibility with the new automations!
- X Time after entering status
- X Time before status due
- Send Text
- Send email
- Ability to enter minutes, hours, or days
- Ability to create default automation
FlipPilot has added new triggers that will be very handy in a myriad of ways that you can think of! These triggers allow you to have timed automated reminders, when ever a Lead/Record enters a Status or before the status is due!
X Time before enter status
What does this do and what will it mean for you? This new trigger will allow you to create automations with specific triggers once a Lead/Record Enters a status.
You can trigger a notification, task etc. at a specific given time frame once a lead enters a status.
X Time before status is due!
What does this mean? basically, before the system triggers that the Lead/Record is almost due or has sat in a specific status for a specific amount of time, you can trigger specific events to happen, like notifying users, creating tasks, sending text messages or emails, etc.
Send Texts and emails!
You can now send text and emails to Leads/Records with specific triggers, timings and under a specific status! This allows you to keep constant communication with your Lead/Record and ensure that they don’t fall off the cracks!
