    Can I import my leads from another system?

    Absolutely.  FlipPilot has an import feature that allows you to upload a CSV file and map the fields.  The process is simple and has a rollback feature just in case something doesn’t import exactly the way you want it to.

    Do I need to have a CallRail account already?

    You can get a CallRail account later if you prefer.  The functionality that you won’t be able to take advantage of until you get a CallRail account includes: calling/texting from FlipPilot, attaching marketing campaigns to phone numbers, creating new leads automatically from new phone calls/texts, communications logs for calls/texts.  

    Is there an App for iOS or Android?

    There are currently no apps for iOS or Android. However, FlipPilot was built to be mobile-responsive and works wonderfully on mobile Chrome on both iOS and Android! 

    What if I need help?

    We have a fantastic support team that will quickly respond to your emails and phone calls during normal working hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. 

    How long does it take to get setup?

    As soon as you sign up for FlipPilot, you will be able to make use of the default configuration.  The pipeline comes with default statuses that you can customize as you like.  You will be able to immediately add records/import records.  Once ready, you can integrate your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, CallRail.  The Google integrations take less than a minute and the CallRail integration takes roughly 5 minutes.
